  • Emirates ID renewal: Biometric update and new ID card issuance.
  • Immigration file maintenance: MOL (Ministry of Labour) and MOHRE quota updates, cancellations, and transfers.
  • Recurring document refreshes: Utility bills, bank statements, and address proofs that expire and need updating in your Qarar vault.

What Is Involved

Phase 1: Expiry audit When you join the Renewals service, Qarar reviews all your active licenses, visas, and IDs to create a renewal calendar.

Phase 2: Document refresh Qarar identifies documents that need updating — financial audits for license renewal, updated bank statements, new tenancy contracts — and requests them ahead of submission.

Phase 3: Submission and payment coordination Qarar submits renewal applications, coordinates government fee payments, and tracks authority processing.

Phase 4: Updated documents delivery New licenses, establishment cards, visa stamps, and Emirates ID cards are delivered and filed in your Qarar vault.

---

  • Company Formation: Initial formation that then moves into annual renewal cycles.
  • Residency & Visas: Visa renewal is a sub-workflow within this service.
  • Attestation & Translation: Some renewal submissions require re-attested documents.

---

*Renewal fees are set by UAE authorities and vary by license type, zone, and activity. Qarar coordinates the process but does not set authority fees.*
